Mô tả công việc

Initiative Implementation: Assist in implementing HR initiatives related to nationwide capability building programs.
Talent Management Support: Provide support in end-to-end (E2E) talent management processes.
HR Engagement Activities: Participate in the planning and execution of HR engagement activities and events to foster a positive and productive work environment.
HR Projects: Support various HR-related projects as assigned, contributing to the overall HR strategy and objectives.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks related to HR, including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and handling employee inquiries.
Learning and Development: Supporting L&D programs and coordination

Yêu cầu

Experience: Previous exposure or internship experience in Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Management, or Talent Development is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
