HRBP Assistant Manager (Manufacturing)

CJ Foods Vietnam is seeking a highly motivated HRBP Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting all HR activities at the plant to ensure efficient people operations and alignment with company policies. This role focuses on building a strong HR system, managing C&B operations, and partnering with line managers to drive engagement, capability, and performance across the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a business partner to line managers to support manpower planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage and monitor HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
Oversee C&B operations (attendance, payroll, insurance, labor contracts) in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Coordinate recruitment for plant positions, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of new employees.
Support training needs analysis and implementation of training plans for factory employees.
Implement employee relations and engagement activities to build a positive working environment.
Provide HR reports and analytics to support management decisions.
Work closely with the HR Head Office team to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and processes.
