1. Execute site HSE programs/events: Behavioral Based Safety, Occupational Health and Employee Safety risk assessment.
2. Support ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 system in HSE related aspects;
3. Collect information and issue HSE reports to submit to the government;
4. Organize preparation for HSE inspections from the government; collaborate with other departments in global HSE audit, supplier audit; implement corrective actions - preventive actions (CAPA) if needed
5. Cooperate with cross functional team to conduct on-site HSE Observation, report issues to the plant management team, implement CAPA, maintaining near-miss report;
6. Investigate accident at site, implement CAPA, issue report;
7. Identify HSE training needs for all associates and contractors; follow up training program to meet legal & global requirements;
8. Organize heath service for site employee includes first aid, annual health checkup, vaccination, blood monitoring to ensure compliance with HSE local & global requirements;
9. Organize environmental monitoring, monitoring of occupational environment with external providers, check and submit reports to government; organize internal monitoring of occupational environment for internal control; implement CAPA to improve site environment.
10. Labor safety task:
- Organize to deploy regulations on labor safety and supervise to implement tasks of labor safety in the company;
- Directly participate and guide necessary procedures to relevant departments to deal with unsafe incidents occurred;
- Organize to implement tasks of fire prevention, coordinate for storm prevention, rescue and salvage as per the superiors' requests;
11. Environment related task:
- Ensure the company's wastewater treatment system operating in accordance with the process and wastewater meeting standards prescribed by the law;
- Ensure the company's garbage is classified, collected, stored and handled in accordance with the law;
