Mô tả công việc
* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:
- The health, safety and environment (HSE) Operation staff works to protect people's health, safety and environment by making sure risks in the workplace are properly controlled. HSE staff must ensure employees comply with all aspects of health safety, environmental regulation to avoid the workplaces causing risk to health safety and environment.
- HSE Operation staff must take immediate actions and report on non-conformances to Superior- and follow up.
* RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
* Main responsibility:
- Develop and maintain the Environment management ISO 14001 and Safety 45001
- Make planning for monitoring and measure of safety and environment measure
- Make planning for risk assessment and environment aspects
- Training risk assessment impact and environment aspescts for management team
- Make plan for internal training belong HSE issues
- Analysis the accident data to reduce non-critical operational injuries
- Make plan to control safety &environment issues: electrical, machine, waste, waste water...
- Take responsible for annual meeting to follow HSE issues
- Work with centralized CSR department in handling of chemical such as making list of chemical, prepare Vietnamese MSDS and arrange availability for references at working areas.
- Attend periodical internal audit and follow up all corrective-preventive actions.
- Make corrective-preventive actions for certification audit and audit of custumer
- Set plan objectives/target about saferty and environment
- Follow up on HSE Non-Comformance Report (CAPA) and corrective action
- Suppport Production to find solution to keep safety on shopfloor
- Setup matrix PPE regulation and follow status
- Make weekly working plan of HSE department.
- Follow up the result of HSE plan.
- Update safety sign, visual safety control points.
- Make monthly reports on environment, safety, fire fighting.
- Make monthly reports on HSE nonconformity.
- Make monthly reports on HSE proposals of workers in departments.
- Review and update risk assessments in the factory.
- Review HSE objectives.
- Check result of fire fighting team
- Make drills of fire fighting with police.
- Attend periodical internal audit and follow up all corrective-preventive actions
- Review and appraise HSE staffs.
- Follow up and carry out reports of environment, safety, health and fire fighting to centralized CSR department.
- Setup HSE standard
- Setup 5S standard
- Maintain the IMS system on site with follow up of master list of documentations and ensure the up-to-date versions are used at responsible site
- Review and continually improve the established procedures, work instruction, forms at responsible site
- Review and approve the establishment of new documentations at responsible site
- Monitor the agreed KPI, Risk Evaluation and Objective, follow up the implementation of improvement plan including the CAPA raised by relevant departments
- Train the new comers on IMS management system at responsible site
- Conduct self internal audit for responsible sites, with CAPA follow up done for NCs found
- Actively participate in external audit or internal audit performed by group IMS compliance team.
- Proactively contribute the improvement ideas to IMS management
- Monthly participate in IMS system compliance review which is chaired by IMS Management team.
- Monthly share the site IMS system compliance report to IMS Management team
* WORKING RELATIONSHIP:
- Internal: Coordinate and follow up with Shop Floor management and SCVN CSR function.
- External:
+ Together SCVN CSR function cooperate with authorities and customers on HSE issues.
+ Contact for external calibration company.
- Reporting: Report to Operation Director/ HSE Manager

- College/Bachelor Degree major in HSE System or Environmental Management field
- Knowledge of HSE system
- Knowledge of labor and environment laws
* Important requirement:
- Proactive, dynamic and learning growth
- Systematically approach thinking
- Having good skill in using computer especially MS Word, Excel
- Good communication, motivation, problems & solving, teamwork, time management.
