Mô tả công việc
- To be an HR strategy partner to Head BU (ITL HAN, YEN VIEN STATION, NEW PROJECTS). Be a partner with Head Departments to create competitive advantages for BU by building up an attractive working environment, solving HR issues and developing employees as strategy of BU
- To be an Admin Supervisor to arrange admin tasks, support other Bus, team smoothly
- Finish all HR requirements of ITL HAN & other BU effectively. Support in daily HR operation for Team to achieve business target.
- Build up HR action plan to achieve HR requirements at ITL HAN assigned by Head of ITL HAN Branch. Well - understood Business Plan of BU to support effectively.
- Work with Head of Branch ITL HAN to find solutions to improve turnover rate.
- Recruit & get support from TA team & HR Head Office to ensure manpower for Sale, OPS,CS... as Growth, especially in peak seasons.
- Fill in the vacancies timely with the right person without complaint on lead time.
- Set up Training, coaching & work with T&D/ Head, Manager to ensure quality of team
- Work with T&D team of HR Head Office and Head, Manager to define TNA (Training Need Analyses) and conduct training for improving quality of Team.
- No complaints from other Dept and BU at ITL HAN.
- Continuous improving HR Policy, procedures and all supports in HR recruiting, C&B operation (SI,HI,UI,PIT...)
- No lateness in feedback, No solutions, No team work, No improvement
- Database HR & Analyses, (exploiting HR software)
- Ensure employee data in HRMS accuracy : results coming from daily process for Job Offer (MRF) /IPA/payroll (timesheet)/ other tools required HR information through monthly report export from HRMS.
- Build up Motivation activities to get engagement, satisfaction of employees. Build up EB (Employer Branding) as ITL Corp. Plan.
- Talents, key performers, potential List submitted by Head, Manager and consulted by HRBP.
- Build up a happy working environment that attracted staff
- Finish all POLICY, PROCEDURE, INCENTIVES, Salary Range, JD... For ITL HAN. Support HR ITL Corp when needed. Finish all Reports as required.
- Work with HR Head Office to finish salary structure, competency, JD, KPI for ITL HAN
- Admins management
- Improve all admins tasks for more professional & effective
- Do other tasks as assigned
- Ensure to propose solutions to Head BU to solve HR issues
- Ensure to understand employees expectation and how to develop potential staff as BU plan
- Ensure to control and solve any HR issues/ conflicts if any
- Have the right to consult, discuss and/or refuse some decisions from Head BU if anti - ITL culture, break Labor Law and benefit conflict with company
- Have the right to proposal to HRD for good execution and achieve targets assigned
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Economy, HRM, Business Administration
- Knowledge of Labor Law, best practices in HR field, esp. in Logistic, Transportation, Express... or related industry
- Good Networking in HR circle
- Good command in English (B Level)
- Good Computer skills (MS Office)
- Data analyzed for making decisions
- Budget control
- Min. 3 year - experience of the role HRM
- Or min. 2 years as HRBP, quick approaching OPS of BU to have solutions for solving HR issues
- Working for Logistic, Transportation, Express [protected info] preferred.
- Report directly to Team Leader HRBP/ HRD
- Report Indirectly to Head BU as required
- Manage HR staff (belonged to BU) if any
- Interaction to all Managers, Supervisors & staff at BU
- Cooperate to Agency (HR soft wares suppliers, Head Hunters...), University...
- Tax Department, Social/Health Insurance Department if needed
