[hưng yên] QA Assistant Manager (customer service & market quality issue)

*** DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a reliable Assistant Manager of Quality Assurance to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before and after our product reaches our customers. You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.
1. System Management and Improvement
- Support Manager in implementing Department Policy.
- Perform all weekly and monthly reports of market, quality.
2. Customer and National Sale Company (NSC)
- Develop and promote customer relationship strategy forward to customer satisfaction.
- Define market demand/ market trend through activities of Customer and NSC surveys.
- Make plan for each survey project and manage implementation of all surveys such as: market trend, customer demand, common market quality issues, easiness of product using, reparation or part replacement, etc., for timely correction countermeasure and future action plan.
- Coordinate with related units to carry out market quality assurance activities in Vietnam and Region.
3. New product Development
- Based on data of based model and applied countermeasures, build Urushibara chart for new product.
- Lead and control FAI (First Arrival Inspection) when new product launched.
- Control of monitoring new product and promptly provide EWA ( Early Warning Activity) if need.
4. Market Quality issues
- To be the Window person between factory & market to resolve quality-related issues arising in the market.
- Setup yearly target of market defect, new product market defect, market Q-loss.
- Get information about quality issues from ASC, Customers, NSCs, co-ordinate with related departments to analyze the issues and define the root cause, seek solutions and preventative countermeasure.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved and the effectiveness of countermeasure.
- Identify common problems and propose possible suggestions for improvement.
- Control market lost cost, defects and manage the market quality risk.
- Prepare monthly market Quality reports to BOD & NSC to review all market defect/claims for furture action.
5. Service support
- Provide technical information and conduct technical training for Authorized service center (ASC)
- Conduct training in market matters when needed
- Prepare service manual & instruction book.
