Inside Sales : 1 Year Graduate Programme

Specialty Rental is looking for an Internal Sales Graduate Trainee to join our team, reporting to the Digital Lead Generation Manager -Southeast Asia, Specialty Rental. You will play a crucial role in redefining, innovating, and digitalizing our sales process, with a key focus on enhancing our customer experience.
What you will expect from this learning journey, a fundamental being a sales engineer after the 1 year programme potentially to be our Sales Engineer.
Marketing Qualification and Lead Generation
o Reaching out to existing and potential customers through prospecting calls, emails, and other digital channels to generate interest and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
o Responding to inbound requests and inquiries of our prospects and customers and providing immediate assistance and responses based on their requirement and recommended value sales-driven rental solutions.
o Route qualified leads and opportunities to respective sales engineers through the CRM system for further development and sales closure
o Develop and maintain a good customer relationship and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout all touchpoints.
Drive Sales Efficiency
o Quotation creation and preparation
o Follow-up with internal stakeholders
o Timely response to customers
o Preparation of sales proposals
