Mô tả công việc
- Create ideas and concepts for internal activities, build up and develop company culture in order to effectively communicate for each specific goals;
- Deploy and update internal advertising, events, company fan pages. Coordinate and connect all departments to implement events;
- Take responsibilities in media, photograph and make contents, posters, banner, brochure, ... for events, fan pages, website;
- Support HR team in organizing and transmitting all campaigns, training, seminars, recruitment activities;
- Collaborate with HR teams in communicate and work with universities (in events such as recruitment, job fair, seminar, ...)
- Assist Line manager in creating, adjusting communication messages to ensure accuracy and efficiency;
- Other related tasks as assigned;
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree with a specialization in Human Resources, Labor Relations or another field pertinent to the primary responsibilities;
- 2+ years working in relevant area in Internal Communication, Employee Relations;
- Basic skills in design, film editing, photoshop is a plus;
- Good command of English;
- Knowledge of principles of organizational design and development;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;
- Creative, smart-working, be able to work under high pressure;
