Mô tả công việc

- Implement and manage sales in international markets to achieve the KPIs;
- Conduct sale visits to the agents, synthesize and handle the agents' recommendations;
- Implement, manage and develop the distribution system and agent network;
- Deploy and inform sales policies for agents. Update changes in policies products, new information to the agent system;
- Support agents to handle arising cases;
- Market research, policies recommendations for products and services suitable to each market and planning action and market exploitation;
- Implement sales revenue reports related to business activities and relevant markets;
- Participate in trade promotion activities, fairs, events, investment promotion, cooperation, sale launch;
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu

- University degree and above. Preferably with major: Aviation, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Tourism; Priority to candidates with Chinese.
- Age: from 24 years old;
- 2 years' experience in commerce and distribution;
- IELTS 6.0 (or other equivalent language certificates) is preferred;
- Priority to candidates with secondary language skill (Chinese, Russian, Japanese, Korean, French, German)
- Proficient use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Problem-solving skills;
- Good communication with many different customers;
- Build relationships, confront issues;
- Ready for business trip.
