II/ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Knowledge of corporate finance and management accounting; understanding of project implementation processes.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a Real Estate
Developer or corporate credit department in banking sector (preferably working with real estate clients).
- Strong proficiency in office software, especially advanced Microsoft Excel; good PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Honest, trustworthy, ethical, careful, and responsible.
- Proactive, positive, disciplined, and highly committed to work.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in English.
