IT Admin/ IT Support up to 1000

Responsible for the IT department to deliver and maintain secure IT networks and systems, working softwares and hardwares for the corporation, IT servers, systems, devices management (File server, Access Control List, Firewall, Microsoft Active Directory, Antivirus, VPN, Printers, CCTV, Camera IP, Voice IP system, Projectors, video and voice conference devices, network devices, IT hardware, ERP, office 365, Microsoft products, etc).

Effectively plan for hardware, software, operating systems, drivers, and configuration automatically. Besides, monitoring system performance and ensuring availability.

The successful candidates will work with a range of IS/IT system environments and ERP systems. Candidates will also work across various IT as well as financial regulatory environments from a delivery as well as business development responsibilities.

Be expected to commit deadlines and work quality, alignment with SLA.

Be expected to be proactive and do other duties as assigned.

You might need to directly seek help from and report to our chief information officer (CIO) as your report line.

Essential

• Personal integrity
• Be able to work to deadlines and under pressure
• Ability to work in a team but also with limited supervision.
• At least 2 consecutive years of previous experience in IT admin or IT helpdesk role
• At least 3 years of working experience
• Good understanding of networking protocols, principles such as TCP/UDP, OSI Model, Mail, Web, DHCP, Active Directory, SSL/TLS, VPN, VLAN, etc
• Experience in IT service management
• Experience in IT Admin or IT Helpdesk tools and techniques (Zendesk, Jira, Service Health Check, Performance Check, Licences management)
• Be able to work with various operating systems (Window, Mac, Unix/Linux)
• English skills: Can understand English IT document
• Associate/Bachelor in computer science, computer networking, Information Technology or equivalent

Desirable

• MCSA/MCSE or CCNA/CCNP certificate
• Any ERP consulting certificates (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) will be beneficial
• Solution consultant certificate preferred
• Experience in ISO 27001 preferred
• Experience in GDPR working environment preferred
