Essential:
- Personal integrity
- Be able to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Ability to work in a team but also with limited supervision.
- At least 2 consecutive years of previous experience in IT admin or IT helpdesk role
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Good understanding of networking protocols, principles such as TCP/UDP, OSI Model, Mail, Web, DHCP, Active Directory, SSL/TLS, VPN, VLAN, etc
- Experience in IT service management
- Experience in IT Admin or IT Helpdesk tools and techniques (Zendesk, Jira, Service Health Check, Performance Check, Licencies management)
- Be able to work with various operating systems (Window, Mac, Unix/Linux)
- English skills: Can understand English IT document
- Associate/Bachelor in computer science, computer networking, Information Technology or equivalent
Desirable:
- MCSA/MCSE or CCNA/CCNP certificate
- Any ERP consulting certificates (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) will be beneficial
- Solution consultant certificate preferred
- Experience in ISO 27001 preferred
- Experience in GDPR working environment preferred
