- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including paid media, social media, email and display advertising campaigns
- Develop and implement content strategy to enhance our product exposure in social media
- Control marketing budget and define key KPI for campaigns (annualy/quarterly)
- Identify trends and insights and optimize campaign performance based on the insight
- Collaborate with internal team to handle and bring the campaign into life including Brand Communication team, Internal Communication, Product, Design, IT...
- Measure and supervise performance to all digital marketing campaigns and assess agaisnt goals (ROI/ROAS vs KPIs)
- Manage and execute digital partnership marketing campaign internally & externally to support the sales target
- Plan and implement annual biggest Innovation event (ACB WIN) including event idea, proposal, budgeting and execution
- Work directly with cross-functional, internal and/or external teams to conduct event website, media release and other related tasks to deliver the project.
- Others assigned by Dept.Head.
- +4 years of digital marketing , preferably in Financial Service
- Have deep understanding of marketing elements including traditional and digital marketing
- Must have experience in developing and executing campaigns with cross-functional team from ground
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral in English & Vietnamese
- Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset with impeccable attention to detail
- Self-starter and resilient - be able to work indepently and comfort with ambiguity
