Việc làm IT Executive

Mô tả công việc

To prepare PC hardware and software license for users.
Set up new IT infrastructure for new user/ replacement, and new PC installation and security setup.
Troubleshoot PC Client issues (hardware & software) and outages of LAN/ VPN for users and training to end users about basic and common IT Knowledge.
Upgrade systems (Hardware and software) with new releases and models.
Co-ordinate with vendor to install/ upgrade/ troubleshooting for Network Printer, CCTV, Door Access system, Telephone system...
Support users about IT facility for meeting rooms.
To manage the IT Inventory related to PCs, IT devices, standard software license and report to IT Manager periodically.
To make related-IT Request on the internal application (Intranet workflow)
To assist to manage the assigned servers such as Backup Server, Printing Server, SQL Server (optional).

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum of 2 years with IT Helpdesk Support experience in Microsoft environment, M365, troubleshooting hardware and software and application.
Minimum of 2 years' experience with IT infrastructure: PC client, LAN, WAN, Wireless AP, Azure.
Minimum of 2 years' experience with operating systems Windows server 2012 and higher version, Hyper-V Server/ VMWare Environment
Experience with Trend Micro OfficeScan/ ApexOne or relevant system.
Experience in data backup/ restoration with software Acronis
English skills should be fair or above.
Graduated from IT college or vocational school in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
Professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Cisco Certificate (CCNA, CCNP) is a plus.
Knowledge of Cloud Environment, SQL Server and ERP system is a plus.
