IT Specialist
The selected person will report directly to the General Manager and is responsible for administer and manage IT systems, ensuring seamless and stable operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain IT systems/services on Windows Server platforms, including:
Fund management software systems
Office 365 (Exchange Online)
Antivirus/malware endpoint protection for servers and workstations
Windows Server operating systems across all application servers
Perform IT system administration and operational tasks, such as:
Managing permission groups and user access
Troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and ensure fast resolution
Backing up, storing, and restoring data, system configurations, and application versions
Researching, recommending, and optimizing configurations to enhance system performance
Applying security patches, updates, and software upgrades as required
Develop policies, procedures, and guidelines for the management and operation of IT systems.
Leverage strong networking expertise to support application integration and IT system transitions.
Collaboration & Stakeholders
Internal:
Work closely with functional departments and subsidiaries within the Group
Report to the IT Department Manager
External:
Liaise with external partners, vendors, and banks to ensure smooth IT operations
