What the job incumbent will do?

The Supply Chain Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the SCF Team and tasks in Fixed Assets and Cost & Inventory.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and validate requests received from business and guide teams for action
• Engage with business for resolution of escalated queries/issues at local, regional and global level
• Prepare quarterly and yearly global planning checklists and co-ordinate month end closing activities
• Ensure accurate service delivery on a timely basis using tools like Dashboard, FCC etc. for tracking.
• Supervise adequate SOX Reviews, documentation and manage the remediation of any exceptions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and control systems.
• Assess the impact of new Global projects on the current process and receive buy-in from business on process changes
• Review existing SOBPs for changes on an ongoing basis and ensure they are up to date
• Engage with Business Partners and IT to explore and implement solutions for improvements
• Lead teams for continuous improvement and implement simplification and standardization projects within division/region
• Assess performance KPI's, Individual Objectives and plan for successions in the team
• Ensure implementation of IDP action plan and talent development processes for the team
• Implement functional training - training delivery and assessment
• Provide opportunities and participate actively for collaborative learning and team building
• On-boarding of new employees in the team and back-up generation
• Perform competency assessments and provide ongoing feedback to project resources
• Develop and support coaching culture
