The Supply Chain Manager helps handle and improve Supply Chain operations through SAP transactions, data collection and analysis. The position requires excellent attention to detail, in-depth understanding of the delivery process and exceptional analytical skills. The Supply Chain Manager should use interpersonal and problem-solving skills to gather information to make strategic decisions to support the dynamic and exciting EltaMD business.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Client Service Team
Lead projects
Execute new product launches and transitions
Helps build and improve the forecast and demand process
Monitor and adjust plans in order to maintain high service level with reasonable inventory level for the sites under scope
Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors; resolves a wide range of issues in creative as well as practical ways.
Collect and analyze supply chain data in order to implement, review key metrics & communicate to stakeholders to ensure KPIs are being met
Interacts with individuals and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are implemented.
Evaluate areas of supply chain operations that require improvement
Lead SAP quarterly system's upgrade regression testing and secure system functionality

Education/ Experience Requirements

Supply Planning Experience (required)
Leadership Experience (required)
Project management skills (required)
Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field, Engineering degree (preferred)

Expected Areas of Skills & Abilities

Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
Data Analysis - highly analytical approach to problem-solving
SAP / S4HC (Planning, procurement, master data management)
Planning and organization skills - prioritize effectively
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Agility and flexibility to develop in a fast paced environment
Collaborate with proven ability to build successful cross functional relationships across all levels of the organization
Logistics, Inventory & Warehousing experience (preferred)
Supply Planning (preferred)
CFDA knowledge (preferred)
