Analyze market data, customer insights, and competitor activities to support category development.
Manage a defined product group within the Fruit category (e.g., tropical fruit, imported fruit).
Propose assortment changes (new listings, delisting, product updates) to ensure competitive range and availability.
Negotiate basic trading terms, seasonal deals, and promotional offers with selected suppliers.
Monitor sales performance, margin, stock levels, and out-of-stock situations; propose corrective actions.
Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Store Operations to ensure successful execution of promotions and product availability.
Support financial tracking: sales, margins, promotional effectiveness.
Prepare regular category performance reports for management review.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
2-3 years of experience in merchandising, category management, or fresh produce (retail background preferred).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems.
English: intermediate communication.
