The Job:

Key Responsibilities:

The data analyst performs various functions, including data collection and analysis to identify trends and provide management with relevant information that will facilitate informed decisions.
Writing and Communication Skills: Work closely with day support staff and operations personnel to write technical review processes and standard operating procedures (SOP).
Process workflow: Designing workflow and process strategies of current practices to improve business performance and data quality
Provide support towards regular & ad-hoc reporting, creation & maintenance of Business Intelligence Dashboards
Respond to data requests, and propose process and operations improvements in line with enhancing retail customer experience.

Qualifications

Experience with BI tools and data visualization tools
Analyze and organize raw data from different sources
Identify opportunities for data acquisition
English proficiency and willingness to learn
Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability
Requirements: 1-2 years experience; bachelor's degree and above in a quantitative or engineering field with professional work experience in a relevant field.
Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
Knowledge of programming languages like SQL and Python
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ability to set work priorities
Good business sense and logical thinking and synthesis of information
Evaluate business needs and objectives
Interpret data trends and patterns
Knowledge of the Healthcare and pharmaceutical industry a plus
