We are looking for a Junior Vendor Coordinator to support administrative steps in the freelance vendor recruitment process, handle vendor-related requests from internal teams and gain hands-on exposure to freelance translator sourcing activities.
In this role, you will be a key link within the team, helping us build and maintain a strong global network of freelance translators and linguists to support our fast-growing localization projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support the freelance translator recruitment process, including sending translation tests, coordinating test evaluations, and managing freelance vendor information.
Execute vendor-related requests from Project Management, Account Management, and Sales teams in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage, update, and maintain the vendor database
Support vendors with cooperation and payment-related inquiries on an occasional basis.
Perform other periodic vendor management tasks as assigned to support operational needs.
Yêu cầu
1-3 years of working experience, preferably in the localization industry or related fields.
Comfortable using English in daily work
Strong communication skills with a polite, professional, and cooperative manner.
Excellent organizational and execution skills; able to manage multiple tasks accurately and follow processes carefully.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Background in language-related majors or knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus.
