Kredivo Buy Now Pay Later is the market leader for Indonesia and we are now expanding our presence in Vietnam. As we build out our team here, we are looking to hire an amazing Key Account Assistant Manager. You will be joining us in the FinAccel Vietnam journey right at the beginning and will be an instrumental part of the team that setups up the entire business development operations, merchant relationships i.e the distribution part of our business. This is an incredible opportunity to join a high growth startup as we scale our presence in SEA.
Responsibilities
Ensuring onboarded merchants have the right kind of support to represent Kredivo well and make it successful.
Setting up merchant onboarding & day to day management of merchants support.
Work with the biz dev team on merchant customer success, ensuring timely communication & merchant visibility.
Setting partner/merchant priorities, promo planning & user education
Assist the team in establishing business best practices, ensure merchants have the right kind of internal support for product enhancements & marketing campaigns
Creating & communicating merchant quarterly reviews & analytics

Yêu cầu công việc

Proven business development / account management / marketing expertise with at least 2+ years of relevant experience.
Good understanding of the MS-Office product set & using them to get the right messages across to our merchant partners.
Deep understanding of the Vietnamese Fintech, eCommerce & retail landscapes.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), good at creating project plans & ensuring alignment across parties.
Fast learner, detail oriented, and very good with consistent follow-ups.
Prior experience in the buy-now-pay-later space is a big plus (although not mandatory)
