Collecting and consolidating product defect cases from all regions and service centers.
Directly reporting quality issues to the factory and coordinating technical feedback.
Tracking the factory's problem resolution progress and ensuring timely updates.
Providing updated information, solutions, and guidelines to regional service centers.
Supporting early detection, response, and resolution of recurring or critical defects to minimize customer impact and improve product reliability.
Yêu cầu
1 - 3 years of experience in relevant position
Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
Proficient in Chinese (Communication and negotiation skills in English and Chinese.)
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheet is a plus.
