JOB DESCRIPTION
Serve as the primary local support contact for manufacturing, quality and supply-related concerns for all company assigned manufacturing/vendor facilities.
Proactively develop suppliers' relationships; anticipate and provide solutions to customer needs giving high priority to customer satisfaction;
Architect and lead the implementation of best manufacturing practices and system integration solutions projects;
Help plan and organize the work of a supplier's project team, develop the implementation strategies for projects, act as a mentor for individuals within the group, and resolve issues within project teams;
Develop detailed designs, implement, troubleshoot, and test solutions that meet client requirements following Quality Management Standards;
Develop documentation including creation of manufacturing requirement documents;
Develop and improve processes, procedures and tools used in the execution of projects;
Act as a liaison between the suppliers' project team, and management;
Report weekly the productivity of the manufacturing plants;
Weekly/monthly reporting of activities and chosen performance attributes.
Provide assistance in job setup and process training for operators.
Provide onsite technical support for all process validation activities to insure a smooth transition into the production environment.
Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Completed post-secondary (college or university) program in a general Manufacturing field (Electronics, plastics, electrical, or mechanical) in electrical, mechanical, industrial or composite material discipline or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1-3 years direct/related experience
Language requirements:
Proficient in Vietnamese
Able to communicate in basic English (read/write/verbal)
Basic Chinese or Japanese would be an asset but not required
Vehicle: Must have access to a vehicle appropriate for traveling to manufacturing sites.

Salary: 15.000.000 - 20.000.000
