$1,400/month salary awaits! We're hiring an Land Compensation & Clearance Officer (ID 17655) for a foreign investment company:
1. Land Clearance & Compensation
Register the project in local land use planning.
Prepare and manage land clearance schedules and documentation.
Coordinate with government bodies to implement compensation plans.
Engage and persuade residents to accept compensation.
Handle issues, report progress, and propose solutions to management.
Support with forced clearance procedures if required.
Resolve public concerns and complaints.
2. Land Legal Procedures
Handle land allocation, lease, and land-use conversion documents.
Work on land pricing and land use rights certification.
Support signing of lease contracts and land boundary verification.
3. Administrative Tasks
Maintain and manage project clearance files.
Monitor clearance progress, prepare regular reports.
Attend meetings with local authorities and stakeholders.
Explain clearance-related issues to residents.
Requirement
Gender: Male, Age: Under 36 years old
Graduate from College, major in Construction, Land Management, Natural Resources and Environment, or Surveying and Mapping
Have at least 5 years of experience in land clearance for real estate developers on large-scale and complex urban development projects
Good at English
