Mô tả công việc

· You will act as senior process Engineer for predefined projects within the team. In this role you design the most economical processes in terms of safety, environment, profitability and process reliability.
· You will coach junior engineers
· You lead the simulation, calculation and dimensioning of processes.
· You lead the set up of PFD's, P&ID's, equipment and instrument datasheets, process descriptions and all other process related deliverables as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
· You are familiar with and capable of indepently performing the common process calculations such as: process safety valve calculations, hydraulic calculations, equipment calculations, etc.
· As part of the development of process designs you will: develop the basic processing scheme, simulate and optimise the unitand finalise the unit configuration.
· Equipment capacity sizing and input to equipment data sheets (tanks, distillation towers, heat exchangers, pumps, fans, compressors and others.)
· Determine pipe line sizes and set piping design conditions.
· Calculation of pipeline hydraulics for pumps, (head height and suction height), head height for siphon tube heaters, cooling water and other utilities networks, control valves, process safety relief valve calculations, etc.
· Review and check the specification sheet and technical evaluation of chemical technolgy equipment, chemical machine and equipment.

Yêu cầu công việc

· Gradudated from Univeristy with major: Chemical Engineer / Enviroment Engineer/ Petrochemical Engineer/ Process Chemical Equipment and Machinery or related majors.
· You have minimum 5 to10 years experience with the design of Process installations.
· In-depth knowledge of international codes for related field, especially:
° Relief valve design
- Knowledge of API 520/API521/API2000 is a must
- Knowledge of EN4126 (European standard)and AD2000 (Germand standard) are a plus.
° European Pressure Equipment Directive
· Experience with Aspen One software (Aspen Plus/Aspen Hysys/Aspen Exchanger rating and design) is a must.
· Having thorough experience with hydraulic calculations is a must. Experience with the software packages of AFT is a plus.
· Excellent communication in English.
· Excelent knowledge of MS Office.
· Ability to work independtly and/or in team on multiple projects simultaneously
· Excellent organizational and leadership skills
· You have experience with supervising and coaching junior engineers.
· Hardworking, eager to learn and attention to details
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Be able to take lead in controlling the quality of deliverables to be sent out
