Mô tả công việc
* Perform professional duties:
- To draft, review contracts and other documents.
- To support contracts and other documents signing.
- To perform legal research as needed
- To update and support the legal department in advising on legal information related to the Company's field of activity.
- To prepare and submit documents in the fields of foreign investment, enterprises, intellectual property, etc.
- To support English - Vietnamese translation.
- To provide administrative support to the direct manager as needed
- To provide other support to the direct manager that may be required
* Perform other duties as required by direct manager
* Benefits:
- Stipend: 4,000,000 VND/month before graduation. After graduation (full-time employment), the salary will be renegotiated.

Yêu cầu công việc
* Expertise
- Final year at University in Law, especially the major in business law or international commercial law.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
* Experience
- Relevant experience with a law firm, a corporation or an international organization is desirable.
* Skills/Qualities
- Strong organizational and research skills;
- Excellent analytical, communication (oral and written) and writing skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Work under minimum supervision and tight deadlines;
- The ability to follow instructions accurately, the ability to absorb large amounts of complex information and attention to detail;
- Computer proficiency: MS Office applications.
- Writing a thesis is one of the job requirements at the company.
- Always strive to complete the program, including at least one year after graduation;
- The minimum duration to participate in the program is 1.5 years, in which: at least 0.5 years are spent as a student, and 1 year is spent working full-time after graduation. Members are paid a salary and appropriate wages upon graduating from university and starting full-time employment. After the training period, members are given the opportunity to work at the company or can confidently participate in other technology companies
- In the event that a candidate decides to leave the program without the company's consent, the candidate is responsible for reimbursing the entire training cost to the company. The training fee will be discussed with the candidate before signing the commitment to participate in the program;
- Working hours: a minimum of 8 sessions per week;
