Mô tả công việc

- The main scope of work will be to provide legal support to day-to-day business activities of the Company, focusing on contracts and legal documents, and ensuring legal compliance of the Company's operation.
- Drafting contract forms for the business of the Company.
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiation of the contracts to be signed between the Company and its partners; advise on settlement and follow up, coordinate and deal with legal issues arising out of the performance of the signed contracts.
- Representative of the Company in litigation arising out of the business of the Company
- Making legal researches, advise, give opinion/proposal on legal issues arising in connection with the Company's operation; to guide the implementation of the procedures, formalities in accordance with the law provisions relating to the Company's activities
- Preparing dossier, documents as well as to liaise with the competent authorities in order to apply for, amend, renew, supplement and/or extend permits/registrations/notifications in relation to the Company's activities.
- Drafting, reviewing internal policy of the Company.
- Updating government policies relating to the Company business functions;
- Training on contracts management, Vietnamese laws/regulations and policies of the Company for legal staff and employers.
- Carrying out other tasks as may be required by Board of Manager/President from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree in Laws;
- Having at least 7 years of working experience in the field of legal consultancy or higher; having at least 1 years in team lead position.
- Working experiences both in a law firm or in-house counsel are preferable
- Fluent Vietnamese - English spoken and written
- Good planning skill
- Good presentation skill
- Good computer skills, proficient in office software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability:
• Synthesize, analyze, present and write reports;
• Access to work quickly, solve problems in the work process;
• Dynamic, professional manner, enthusiastic, assertive;
• Withstand high work pressure.
