Line Technician - Kỹ Thuật Viên Bảo Trì Sản Xuất

• Willing to work in shifts.
• Technical support for production operations.
• Troubleshooting to ensure production equipment works smoothly.
• Carry out preventive maintenance of production machinery in accordance with maintenance instruction/plan.
• Prepare spare parts for the machines.
• In case of finding defects, take corrective action accordingly.
• Proper recording of all quality parameters as called out in the controlled specification.
• Preventing nonconforming products from entering the next operation.
• Support QA/PE/Production/CIM team for improvements and validation process (yield, quality, reduce cost, re-layout, kaizen, 5S, SKB, improving, etc.).
• Responsible for training of new colleagues and operators.
• Involved with project team for FMEA, training, machine installation, etc.
• Line Technician in Metal Part group have a role of "Production process engineer". Support and coordinate with QA, PE team to identify the root cause of quality problem, then, perform necessary actions to fix it, or propose the solution for modifying/improving/replacing.
• Responsible for validation of machines/ equipment/tools at Metal Parts.
• Other tasks are assigned by the supervisor.
