Mô tả công việc
• Implement and operate warehouse system, manage risks, and ensure the quality of goods receipt and delivery at the warehouse.
• Optimize inbound and outbound processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely deliveries.
• Work with transportation partners to maintain high delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, inventory management, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments (procurement, finance, sales) to align logistics processes.
Yêu cầu
• Ability to communicate in English or Chinese.
• Preferably over 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution centers, manufacturing warehouses, and e-commerce platforms.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong communication skills, especially in problem-solving and decision-making.
• Logical thinking, analytical skills, and an open mindset, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
• Passionate about logistics and eager to develop a deep expertise in the industry.
• Strong observational skills, quick adaptability, and the ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
