We are looking for an experienced Logistics Operations Lead to join our Logistics team in Hanoi. The Logistics Operations Lead is responsible for set up the oprations process for our new category Chilled & Frozen and supervises in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Reviews incoming and outgoing shipments.
Monitors warehouse workers and associated activities; offers assistance to those with concerns or problems on the work floor.
Ensures that products delivered are stored in an organized manner, so that its quality is maintained and accessibility is achieved.
Creates a layout plan that streamlines the storage and retrieval of goods.
Plans projects and sets objectives for the employees/
Responds to orders efficiently so that products are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinates with store managers or customers regarding discrepancies and errors in the supply chain process.
Addresses logistical problems and furnishes solutions to these issues.
Meets with other managers to confer about products, shipping times, and distribution issues, among many other concerns.
Improves business by opening new contracts and enhancing systems.
Creates new supply strategies.

Requirements:

Key skills (Must have)

Minimum 3 years experience in Warehouse/ Transportation operations leader and Operational system such as SAP or MS Dynamic or TMS/WMS
Experienced in handeling Chilled & Frozen products (DC/Transportation)
Flexible to working by shift
Willing to working overtime and weekend
Willing to study & explore new advance improvements in warehouse and planning

Analytics Experience

Experience with budgeting, reporting, inventory control and supervision.

Individual Skills

Ability to multi-task and make the customer the priority.
Strong communication skills, effective and persuasive in both written and oral communication.
