Logistics Specialist (Inventory Control)

Position Context
Inventory control senior specialist in the inventory control departments is responsible for analyze the root cause leading to variance inventory and then work with related to as Fatory/ Purchasing/ IT/ BOM/ P to develop measures or change control process, prevent the root cause of inventory. This position report to IC manager.
Position
Responsible for controlling and handle all concern related to variance inventory in the Shop of the VF Factory, Outsource Warahouse and Bailment supplier.
Responsibility include working with the Shop, Purchasing, IT to analyze of the root cause leading to variance inventory and provide solution to minimize incorrect inventory.
Job Description:
• Responsible for the inventory accuracy of the Warehouse, Shop and Bailment supplier
• Cordination stock take and cycle count of the Shop. Follow and control shortage material.
• Analyze the cause of low inventory and provide solution to minimize incorrect inventory.
• Make plan stock take, reconcile and adjustment of variance inventory data.
• Control safety stock, long turn material and inventory rate.
• Apprisal the explanation and cause of the departments, based on the root cause and work with the relevant parties ( BOM, IT, Pur, Planing...) to determine a solution.
• Check the data of the department creating the difference and update the results reflected on SAP.
• Review and reconcile bailment reports to minimize system consumption shortage compared to actually and handle related to issue.
