Logistics Warehouse Supervisor

Manage the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse accurately and efficiently.
Plan and utilize warehouse space effectively to streamline operations and reduce handling time.
Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, make incident report and other key metrics.
Monitor and control stock levels to ensure inventory accuracy and cost efficiency.
Prepare procedure , flow chart for operation involve warehouse, logistic, transportatin, damage stock, e-commerce.
Work with warehouse agent to ensure operation smoothly,
Coordinate with Thai team in factory calculate demand and planning to ensure no shortage stock in the future.
Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics/transportation partners to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure goods are properly stored and handled in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
Maintain high levels of responsibility, accuracy, and reliability.
Apply knowledge of import/export processes and supply chain management to support warehouse operations.
