Mô tả công việc
BASIC FUNCTION:
Responsible for planning, executing, and continuously improving maintenance activities for production equipment, utilities, and facilities to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations in accordance with ISO and regulatory requirements.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (QMS-RELATED)
• Plan, monitor, and execute preventive maintenance (P.M.) schedules for production equipment, facilities, and utilities (Electrical system, Compressed air system, HVAC System, Exhaust system,...)
• Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.
• Identify recurring equipment issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support installation, relocation, modification, and decommissioning of equipment and workstations.
• Ensures all safety regulations are followed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and equipment history.
• Support calibration activities and ensure timely maintenance of calibrated equipment.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors for maintenance and facility-related activities.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and internal QMS procedures.
• Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections related to maintenance.
Yêu cầu
• College Degree or above in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Proficient communication.
• Good organization, people management, problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Words, Excel, Power Point) and CAD SOFTWARE (Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485.
• Work 5 days/week and flexible time
