- Company shuttle bus available from Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Bien Hoa - Dong Nai.
- Lead and manage the Logistics Section in including Import, Export and Domestic Delivery, ensure all these activities to operate smoothly and effectively by improving the standard operating procedure, strategic planning along with searching & developing continuously the supplier and forwarder list to ensure supply fully ordered quantity and on time shipment accordingly with the concept of continuous improvement in terms of service quality, optimizing logistics cost and transit/delivery time performance.
- Solving problems arising from all shipments during transportation, delivery to customers until complete all payments to the related services providers.
- Coordinate with related parties (WH, Sale, QC, Accounting...) to catch up correct information for proper actions.
- Manage the costs in terms of Domestic delivery , OF & loading/ unloading (if any).
- Monthly, summarize, analyze all costs related to imports - exports and domestic delivery.
- Evaluate the situation, make the necessary proposal in line with the general situation; optimize the costs effectively and reasonably.
- Work out logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to support and improve operational performance for Logistics Section.
- Seeking, selecting Supliers, negotiating contracts and services rate.
- Manage, arrange and allocate manpower reasonably based on the changes within section.
- Report to General Manager of Logistics and Warehouse Department and handle other jobs assigned by General Manager (if any).
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University (Logistics, Supply Chain, Economy or Business Administratiiion).
- 2 years of the same role.
- Fluent in English (04 skills: Listening - Speaking - Reading - Writing);Computer skills (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Outlook, PowerPoint).

Nhà máy sản xuất của Giấy Sài Gòn đặt tại KCN Mỹ Xuân A, huyện Tân Thành, tỉnh Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu.
- Tổng công suất giấy tiêu dùng 40.560 tấn/năm.
- Tổng công suất giấy công nghiệp 232.440 tấn/ năm. * Cơ sở hạ tầng:
- Sở hữu 6 dây chuyền sản xuất giấy tiêu dùng và 5 dây chuyền sản xuất giấy công nghiệp với máy móc, thiết bị hiện đại, nhập khẩu từ Mỹ, châu Âu.
- Được trang bị hệ thống xử lý nước thải lớn nhất và hiện đại nhất trong ngành giấy tại Việt Nam (công suất 17.000 m3/ ngày)
