Mô tả công việc
Develop and implement processes for new product launches and production line setups, including workflow, PFMEA, and process documentation.
Collaborate with machine/tooling engineers on equipment and jig/tool design; coordinate trials and ensure mass production readiness.
Prepare operation instructions and machine setting documents; apply new technologies to enhance production capability.
Troubleshoot technical and quality issues during trial and pre-mass production; handle customer claims related to processes.
Drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and cost through cross-functional collaboration; provide feedback to prevent chronic issues.
Support suppliers during setup and trial of new processes.
Ensure compliance with 5S, Kaizen, EHS, EICC, and company policies; support TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, and EH&S systems.
Yêu cầu
University degree, preferably in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering; automation, machine/jig/tool design, or production engineering experience is a plus
Ability to read technical drawings with strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
CAD proficiency (NX or equivalent) and good command of MS Office
Good English communication skills; Chinese is an advantage
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
High initiative, accountability, willingness to learn, and flexibility to work overtime when required
