Mô tả Công việc
PUBLIC RELATIONS:

Plan the company's communication direction on monthly basis, and on each campaign basis;
Oversee the voice and tone in communication with customers in all channels, including website, email, Facebook, newsletter, etc.
Work with third parties (freelance, agencies ...) on content writing, PR in order to boost the public relations for Kiến Guru
Manage the execution, budget, and report of communications channels, such as blog, social post, newsletter ...

CONTENT MANAGEMENT:

Plan the delivery of contents following the company's communications strategy;
Maintain content schedules and database, and improve the content's performance;
Oversee the execution of content and videos in all marketing channels, including website, blog, newsletter, Facebook, POSM and other social channels;

INFLUENCER MANAGEMENT:

Plan and build database and relationship with KOLs, micro/ nano influencers, social communities that are relevant to our brand and our products
Lead the creative process to come up with how we can leverage KOLs in general as well as on a campaign basis
Plan and lead the set up and growth of in-house influencers/ star teachers/ social communities as part of overall influencer strategy
Oversee the execution of working with influencers (outside or in-house) to carry out the plan and achieve target
Besides your primary tasks, you are also a team-player who will support Marketing members and others to achieve our Marketing objectives.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Major in Marketing, PR, English Language Arts, Communications;
3-5 year experience of content writer;
Interested in education and love writing and creating great content;
Proactive, organized and creative;
Be a good team player;
Knowledge of design software (e.g. Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator), web content management, and photography is an advantage.
