Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
Keep updated on marketing and communication trends
Assist to develop the trade & online marketing activities
Organise and monitor all advertising/communication campaigns, including but not limited to social media, PR, brand activations and events, and provide recommendations for the brands both on offline & offline channels
Collaborate with other teams to ensure the efficiency of all the marketing & communication activities.
Seek, work closely, and manage suppliers on issues
Ensure the experiential communications ideas are delivered timely and executed effectively on social media channels & website
Managing a high volume of daily/weekly social media posts, following the alignment social content plan
Creating and developing social media content plans + advertising plans to promote Runway brand & the product.
Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms.
Being creative and proactive in using various visual tactics
Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance.
Prepare monthly marketing report
Track marketing expense vs budget
Other tasks as requested

Fluent communication and presentation skills, both in verbal and in writing
Desk research and analysis skills
Fluency in both verbal and written English is preferred
BA degree in Communications, Advertising, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
With at least 1-2 year(s) of marketing communications experiences
High-end product market
Experience in building marketing strategies in all aspects (branding, products, distribution...)
