The Role

We are currently looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing department and be based in our Berlin office, Germany. You will be required to oversee several accounts and be responsible for developing, delivering and managing effective marketing plans which offer outstanding results,along with building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants.

The role will report into the Head of Marketing in Dublin, Ireland, who reports into the Board, and will be based in the Greenman Berlin Office, Germany.

Main responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of retail centre accounts
Developing and maintaining strong tenant relationships, including attending onsite client/tenant meetings, collating retailer offers, news and campaign feedback
Formulation of creative marketing strategies and management of delivery across several schemes, including on-site event management (travel required)
Plan and execute digital strategies for centre accounts
Websites and social media management - source and prepare content to ensure all digital platforms are up to date and delivered in a voice relevant to the centre
Creation and implementation of social media campaigns
Setting and delivery of tangible KPIs from marketing campaigns
Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns through analysing, interpreting and presenting results against KPIs
Budget responsibility, ensuring commerciality and ROI of all campaigns
Assistance in debt chasing and management of quotes
Press release writing, presenting and pitch preparation
Researching and identifying retail trends and sharing insights with the wider team
Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Marketing

The Person

Education

University degree in marketing and/or business with a focus on marketing or equivalent degree or equivalent practical experience
Fluent in German and English
Clean driving licence preferable

Experience

Preferable 2-year experience in commercial role (Sales or Marketing) and knowledge about Marketing processes, strategies, and best practices

Very good presentation skills

Excellent organisation - and excellent team working-skills
Knowledge of time management and prioritising is essential.
