1.Strategic Planning & Leadership:
oDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
oLead brand marketing direction to achieve revenue, growth, and brand recognition goals.
oCollaborate closely with sales, product, and operations teams to drive market growth.
oAnalyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
2.Brand Development & Management:
oOversee all aspects of brand management, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning.
oDevelop and execute brand marketing campaigns, start offline but link to online, to enhance market presence.
oDrive the creation of compelling content and storytelling across all marketing channels.
3.Digital & Performance Marketing:
oDevelop and manage data-driven digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and more.
oUtilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize for better performance.
oStay current with the latest trends in digital marketing and implement best practices.
4.Product & Customer Marketing:
oCollaborate with product teams to define go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
oDevelop customer segmentation strategies and create targeted marketing initiatives.
oEnsure a seamless customer journey and strong brand experience across touchpoints.
oDefine and organize offline events based on customer insight and marketing trend.
5.Funcitional Management:
oCollaborate with internal team to define the goal, strategies and key actions ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieves marketing goals.
oCollaborate with external agencies, media, and other partners as needed.
6.Budgeting & ROI:
oDevelop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
oReport on key metrics and campaign performance, demonstrating a return on investment (ROI).
oContinuously monitor and improve marketing efficiency through testing and data analysis.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
5+ years of experience in marketing
Proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Experience in both B2B and B2C environments is a plus.
Vietnam marketing experience and Global marketing experience is a strong advantage.
Skills:
Strong leadership with multi tasks organization skills
Expertise in digital marketing, data analytics, and marketing automation tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
High level of creativity and innovation, with a results-driven mindset.
Soft Skills:
Strong strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with different departments and stakeholders.
Adaptable and able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Passionate about brand-building and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Interesting in startup company experiences
