Marketing Manager (SaaS Product)

You'll do
Collaborating with the Product Team and BOD to develop marketing and business development strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
Designing and executing Growth & Inbound marketing activities
Managing Brand & Communications activities including PR, community engagement, and social media to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Cultivating strategic partnerships and participating in partnership activities to expand the company's network and opportunities for growth.
Conducting a thorough analysis of the user journey to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Identifying opportunities to increase customer lifetime value, retention rates, and referrals to foster long-term customer relationships.
Building and leading a highly effective marketing team, focusing on workflow, operation process, winning team culture, etc
Establishing clear goals, KPIs, and OKRs to track and measure the performance of the marketing department.
Coordinating with internal teams such as product, design, and customer success to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Providing training and support, particularly in content writing, to enhance the skills and capabilities of the marketing team.
