To coordinate with Site development department to make an action plan of Pre-opening phase as below:
- Site check and Market survey to find the Right Target consumers and their right needs to define the profile and behavior of customers.
- Build the Assortment plan for requesting the categories/products that meet customers' demand
- Build the plan to approach customers nearby
To coordinate with Operation, Marketing for making decision of opening plan:
- Teasing & Approaching plan to recruit traffic and members
- Build promotion to meet customers' needs
- Branding plan with event, opening ceremony, extra activation, advertising on social media, ...
To coordinate with Set-up team to set up new stores:
- Supply the main information and deploy the action plan of setting up and opening store
2. DIRECT MARKETING TO PUSH SALES AT SITE
To coordinate with Marketing to
- Find Market opportunity based on customers' need
- Good in data analysis to define the customers' demand via number
- Get Involve in Promotional assortments or push-sales activities
- Sales supporting (Case by case) for low sales stores
- Reduce disposals (damaged stock) at stores
- Web/App Flash promotions
- Propose Seasonal Marketing, seasonal products by each season (products for hot weather, raining or for holiday season....) to Merchandising & Marketing
Yêu cầu công việc
- An outstanding supervisory experience.
- Good experience in utilization of computer programs such as MS outlook and MS office.
- Demonstration of positive team player spirit and cooperative sales skills within the organization.
- Conversant with all retail principles, which is needed to process sales operations precisely at events and in the store.
- Ability to direct and be a mentor on the sales ground by actively working to attain everyday sales objectives
- Prefer Male candidates from 27 - 35 years old
