Requirements
Required
1-2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a related field
Solid foundation in
digital marketing, especially in SEO & website activities
Passionate about technology, willing to research and learn about new tools
A thirst for knowledge is a must, and willing to step outside the comfort zone to embrace new things
English proficiency in work environment, able to read, write, and communicate clearly
Comfortable with documentation tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, especially in Sheets and Excel
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks without losing detail
Comfortable with productivity tools such as Notion, Clickup, Slack
Familiarity with AI tools for productivity: summarizing, drafting, researching
Preferred
Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin), able to communicate in written and spoken form is a strong advantage
Experience supporting a senior manager or working in an agency environment
