Position Goal
Responsible for developing and implementing the Marketing Specialist strategy to ensure all [protected info] communication channels are synchronized, coherent, and geared toward generating high-quality leads (MQL, SQL), while elevating Filum's brand awareness within the CX & AI market.
Key Responsibilities
IMC Strategy & Planning
- Develop quarterly (3-6 month) IMC plans, integrating Website - Social - PR - Event - Email - Paid channels.
- Analyze target customer insights (Retail, F&B, Healthcare, Finance) and develop tailored messaging for each industry.
- Coordinate closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure message consistency across the entire customer journey.
Content & Messaging
- Develop the core messaging kit for [protected info] and its variations across different use cases.
- Content creation: Write LinkedIn articles, case studies, CX blogs, nurturing emails, PR materials, and landing page copy.
- Collaborate with
designers to ensure visual assets and messaging are synchronized.
Campaign Management
- Implement communication campaigns, monitor progress, and optimize based on data.
- Work with agencies (if any) for Paid Ads, PR, and events.
- Ensure every campaign has clear KPIs (leads, CTR, conversion).
Event & PR
- Organize industry-specific workshops/webinars: Retail/F&B/Healthcare/Finance.
- Coordinate with media, press, and podcasts to enhance brand credibility and authority.
- Prepare content for CEO's speaking engagements at conferences.
Measurement & Analytics
- Establish the IMC measurement system: UTM tracking, and funnel analysis (Lead → MQL → SQL → Demo).
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports; propose communication optimization based on data.
- Monitor brand metrics: reach, sentiment, and share of voice.
