Marketing
Be responsible for the creation and implementation of the Company's marketing plans; maintain routine updates of the marketing plans.
Conduct market research & competitor analysis, inlcuding data analysis, customer insight and periodical reports
Develop and manage marketing budgets within approved budgets, budget allocation, monitor expenditures, and prepare summary reports.
Coordinate with other departments to propose, monitor, and analyze marketing promotions.
Plan and execute promotional events; measure & evaluate the success of events after completion.
Take care of H.O.G chapter activities (for Harley-Davidson brand only).
Liaise with creative teams.
Discover effective marketing and promotional channels.
Advertising & Promotion
Work with
Designer and Videographer to create, review and edit promotional & informational materials.
Establish and maintain contact with the media.
Other tasks
Work with Digital team in briefing on brand content and developing content plans on FB as well as content for the Website.
Handle customers' complaints related to media, events and branding issues.
Other duties assigned by Line Manager.
