- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and monthly/quarterly plans in line with the Company's brand standards.
- Coordinate with Sales and other teams to deliver powerful, authentic rider experiences.
- Work with
Designers and Videographers to create bold, premium marketing content.
- Support brands' events, test ride programs, and H.O.G chapter activities.
- Coordinate Facebook and website content execution with the Digital team.
- Track marketing expenses and prepare execution reports.
- Collect market and competitor insights to strengthen campaign impact.
- Handle customer feedback related to marketing activities and brand experience.
Yêu cầu
- At least a bachelor's degree in Marketing (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Marketing execution (motorcycle, automotive, or lifestyle brands preferred).
- Adaptability & creativity.
- Extensive PR & event organization experience.
- Good knowledge of Motorcycles or Automotive.
- A genuine passion for motorcycles, freedom, community and the culture of Harley-Davidson and other motorcycle brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to build good relationships with others.
- Good presentation and flexible working hours arrangement skills.
- Fluent in English, competent in Microsoft Office.
