Mô tả công việc

Responsibility of "the target of Sales", Margin, Later Income, Old Stock, Potential Old Stock, Turn-over day, Stock Day's, Private Brand Share, Core Customer Share, Stock Correction & Availability.
Manage the performance of a defined product category effectively in terms of pricing, promotion, products assortment, quality of products, planning and allocation.
Supplier management, negotiation of payment terms, rebates etc.
Collaborate with executives, customer Management Team (Marketing team) to propose the regular promotion plan of Groups to ensure that the range fully reflects the Core Target Group needs in terms of the complete offer.
Research, analyze and evaluate the market to identify customer's needs and product/range opportunities.
Develop a range assortment that delivers Competitive Advantage in the Vietnamese Market.
Full responsibility in the development and implementation of Private Brand Strategy within the Category.
Ensure that the Pricing Strategy is fully in place and understood by Suppliers.
Design and implement with Merchandising Plano grams delivering right space allocation and achieve the best productivity of each gondola.
Ensure clear communication and understanding to Operations of any action taken that impact on the Customer or Stores.
Achievement of Commercial Key Performance Indicator
Identify with Supply Chain the most effective/cost efficient means of delivering product to the store. Follow the designated Import process.
Re-assess article performance on a regular basis to identify and deal with any old stock.
Proactively evaluate and act on results of promotional activity to implement any key learning's.
Maintain effective internal communications channel particularly with other Merchandise team, operations, sales & marketing, logistic and other functions within the organization
Provide all necessary information and documentation is passed to supporting staff, ensuring all necessary Admin is completed in a timely and fashion manner.

Yêu cầu

Qualifications & Experience:

University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects.
03-year experience in retail with the same category.

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:

Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages (both written and oral).
Customer-focused.
Show the passion of the merchandise career.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
Strong analytical ability and good in data/ figures.
Abilities to use computer, office programs and database.

AEON hiện là một trong những tập đoàn thương mại bán lẻ lớn nhất trên thế giới với 179 liên doanh trong và ngoài nước Nhật Bản. Được thành lập từ năm 1758, với lịch sử trải dài trên 250 năm, Tập đoàn AEON là một trong những nhà bán lẻ lâu đời nhất tại Nhật Bản.

Trong suốt quá trình hoạt động của mình, Tập đoàn AEON duy trì một cam kết không hề thay đổi đó là luôn đặt ra tiêu chí "Khách hàng là trên hết". Nguyên tắc cơ bản của Tập đoàn AEON chính là hướng tới một xã hội thịnh vượng, ổn định và hòa bình thông qua hoạt động bán lẻ. AEON chính thức bắt đầu hoạt động tại Việt Nam từ năm 2009 dưới hình thức Văn phòng Đại diện (01/12/2009 - 10/07/2012). Ngày 07/10/2011: Được sự chấp thuận từ UBND Tp.Hồ Chí Minh, Công ty TNHH AEON Việt Nam chính thức được thành lập, đầu tư cho các hoạt động về xây dựng, tổ chức, quản lý và kinh doanh các mô hình Trung tâm thương mại, Trung tâm bách hóa tổng hợp và Siêu thị hiện đại. Đây được xem là phương hướng kinh doanh chủ đạo. Ngoài ra AEON còn thực hiện các hoạt động kinh doanh khác liên quan đến xuất nhập khẩu, thương mại và nghiên cứu.

Đi cùng việc thành lập công ty, AEON còn chính thức được trao Giấy phép đầu tư cho 02 dự án lớn:

Giấy chứng nhận ngày 07/10/2011 cho Trung tâm mua sắm AEON - Tân Phú Celadon tại Tp.Hồ Chí Minh, dự kiến khai trương vào tháng 01/2014.
Giấy chứng nhận đầu tư ngày 25/05/2012 cho Trung tâm mua sắm AEON - Binh Dương Canary tại Tình Bình Dương, dự kiến khai trương tháng 10/2014.
