Role and Responsibilities:

Support the Merchandise Operations Manager in developing and executing strategies to optimize inventory management, product assortment, and pricing to drive sales and profitability.
Assist in analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as purchasing, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment of merchandise strategies with overall business objectives.
Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and special events to maximize sales and enhance customer experience.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to coordinate the procurement and delivery of merchandise, ensuring timely availability of products and adherence to quality standards.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Contribute to the development of reports and presentations for senior management, providing updates on merchandise operations performance and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in merchandise operations, inventory management, or retail management, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
Proven track record of driving results, managing projects, and leading teams to success.
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
