  • Category Management
  • Monitor and analyze the category performance in number of assortments, new products, sales, profit then develop and implement action plans to grow the category based on strategy.
  • R&D new product of beverage, food categories.
  • Conduct frequent market research/report for new products and pricing.... to ensure range selection meet customer needs.
  • Define strategy and action plans to meet sales and profit.
  • Promotion
  • Create and execute promotion plans, plan monthly promotions/events.
  • Deal with supplier for the best promotion supports based on campaigns.
  • Make sure sufficient stocks and proper POSM during promotion time.
  • Supplier Management
  • Supervise dedicated team members to source more suppliers and new products following company's strategy on category growth and company's policy.
  • Negotiate with suppliers on the trading terms.
  • Work daily with suppliers in terms of stock/pricing/promotion/branding.
  • Other job.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Food technology major or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in F&B or retail merchandising.
  • Well knowledge on merchandising and relationship in supply chain.
  • Quick learning, willing to take up challenges.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently, possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.
  • Good command of English and computer skills. (priority)
