Meta Commerce Operational Lead

We are looking for a Meta Commerce Operational Lead to set up and optimize all business workflows related to Meta and Meta Messenger commerce. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, technical understanding of Meta integrations, and a proven track record in implementing digital commerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Set Up Meta Commerce Operations
• Lead the end-to-end setup of Meta and Messenger-based commerce, ensuring seamless integration with OnPoint's order management system.
• Work with the 3rd-party SaaS vendor to implement and optimize the order collection tool.
• Ensure compliance with Meta's policies and best practices for commerce, advertising, and messaging automation.
Project Management & Execution
• Develop and manage a project roadmap for launching the service, including key milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, tech, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Hunting client with Sales team
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Meta commerce integrations, payment processing, and order fulfillment.
Optimization & Performance Tracking
• Define key performance metrics and track the effectiveness of digital ads, livestreams, and chat-based conversion funnels.
• Continuously improve processes and automation to enhance conversion rates and customer experience.
• Stay updated with Meta's latest features, updates, and compliance requirements to optimize business performance.
