Mô tả công việc

We are seeking an experienced Mid-level Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading our development teams and facilitating the agile methodology. You will work closely with the product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our web and mobile applications are developed and delivered on time and within budget.
● Facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings.
● Work closely with the product owners to understand the requirements and prioritize the backlog for both web and mobile applications.
● Ensure that the development team is working towards the sprint goal and removing any obstacles that hinder their progress for both web and mobile applications.
● Monitor and track the progress of the project and report any issues or risks to the project stakeholders for both web and mobile applications.
● Work closely with other Scrum Masters to ensure that best practices are being followed across the organization.
● Promote continuous improvement within the team and organization.
● Encourage a culture of collaboration and accountability for both web and mobile applications.

Yêu cầu

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
● 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile software development environment.
● Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.).
● Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
● Experience working with cross-functional teams.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
● Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
● Experience with JIRA or other agile project management tools.
● Knowledge of web and mobile application development is preferred.
● Fluency in English is required.
